Forest Accents Flooring Internet Sales Policy
Forest Accents Flooring is sold exclusively through displaying dealers. Our Dealer Locator will direct you to an authorized local displaying dealer. The internet can be a beneficial tool for learning about products, but when you are choosing flooring, we believe that nothing can compare to visually seeing the product, touching it, and getting to engage with a dealer whose expertise is flooring.
Forest Accents Flooring does not sell directly to anyone whose primary sales outlet is the internet. Forest Accents Flooring products purchased over the internet will not be warranted. We will not honor any claim, nor accept any returns for material purchased over the internet.
We highly recommend that you purchase Forest Accents Flooring products from authorized displaying dealers as a complete package of flooring and installation. Your choice of hardwood flooring is an investment that will add value to your home, but only if it is properly selected, installed, and maintained properly. Hiring your own installer or installing it yourself has its risks. A floor purchased from an authorized displaying dealer and installed by a homeowner is still eligible for full warranty protection. However, the DIY installation will be held to the same standards of installation expected from a professional flooring installer.
Since our authorized displaying dealers are independent businesses, it is vitally important that you vet them to be sure they can meet your expectations. In the unlikely event that you experience a manufacturer related issue with your flooring purchase, your authorized displaying dealer has the support of our local distributor.
Forest Accents and Bella Citta Website Statement
Forest Accents and Bella Citta (“FA & BC”) are producers of truly unique and exquisite hardwood flooring. These products must be seen to be fully appreciated. They need to be sold by knowledgeable salespeople and installed by a qualified installer.
Through its distributor partners, both Forest Accents and Bella Citta have carefully selected the best dealers in the market to present our product lines. These dealers have been extensively trained on the products and on the installation techniques.
Forest Accents and Bella Citta have approved specific dealers for e-commerce and our products remain fully warranted if purchased through them. However, based on the nature of e-commerce, neither FA, BC, or is distribution partners will be able to provide warranty or inspection support should an issue arise. This responsibility rests solely with the e-commerce retailer and/or the consumer (inclusive of 3rd party inspection if needed). All material shipped to the consumer is deemed to be “approved” by the e-commerce dealer and the consumer. With no exceptions, all material returns are subject to restocking charges and all return freight.
Products purchased from an unauthorized e-commerce dealer will not be warranted at all.
